Warranty Policy

Returns Policy

1. Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date of purchase to return an item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Include the RMA number on the outside of the package
- Ship the item to the address provided by our customer service team
3. Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the return shipping costs.
4. Refunds

6. Non-Returnable Items

8. Restocking Fee
A restocking fee of 15% may apply to returns of opened items or items not in their original condition. This fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
